CONDITIONS OF NEIGHBORHOOD BUILDERS REFERRAL PROGRAM
- Your referral must be pre-registered prior to their visit to any Neighborhood Builders sales center
- Only one (1) referral will be paid on any single-family home purchase
- In the event a realtor registration has been accepted prior to, it will take precedence over any and all other registrations
- The referred amount will be gifted in full upon occupancy of the home
- If the above conditions are met, the referral program is unlimited
- This Program may end at any time without notice. Neighborhood Builders reserves the right to alter or discontinue this referral program at there discretion.
